1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Tablespoon, 1 großer Pot mit Deckel (ggf. Edelstahltopf), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Large knife oder Blitzhacker, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Small plate, 1 Small bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Whisk, 1 Ladle, 1 ggf. dünne Rubber gloves

Preparation steps

Heat the grill. Lightly grease the grill pan.
2.
Melt 50 g butter and brush the salmon all over with the melted butter.
3.
Place the salmon in the grill pan and grill for about 8 minutes, or until cooked, turning once.
4.
Put the potatoes in a pan of lightly salted water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain well and toss in the remaining butter.
5.
Arrange on a serving dish and spoon over the butter. Place the salmon on top and garnish with spinach and mint.
