2 Salmon steak (cooked)

2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
4 tablespoons Pesto

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking water.
2.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan and cook the courgette until tender.
3.
Flake the salmon into large chunks and mix with the chopped olives and tomatoes. Stir in the courgettes.
4.
Add to the pan with the drained pasta, the pesto and a little cooking water to loosen the sauce. Season and serve.
