2 Anchovy
½ cup pitted, black Olives
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Chili powder
5 ½ cups Green beans (trimmed)
1 small red chili pepper (finely sliced)
2 handfuls cilantro

Preparation steps

1.
In a mixer, roughly purée the anchovies, olives and approx. 4 tbsp oil. Season to taste with ground black pepper, lemon juice and a pinch of chilli.
2.
Boil the beans in salted water for around 5 minutes. They should still be quite firm.
3.
Heat the remaining oil and stir fry the drained beans with the peppers for around 5 minutes. Stir through the olive paste and check the seasoning.
4.
Serve garnished with coriander.
