Warm Pasta Salad with Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sauté gently in hot butter for about 5 minutes on each side. Keep warm.
Rinse zucchini. Slice, and then cut slices crosswise into strips.
Meanwhile cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
Combine oil and vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with the noodles and zucchini. Cut chicken into slices and add. Crumble cheese on top, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds to serve.
