- 100 grams dried Pear
- 100 grams dried Plum (pitted)
- 2 tsps Blossom honey
- 2 tsps Cocoa
- 1 generous pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 2 Tbsps Plum brandy
- 100 grams Honey marzipan (alternatively normal marzipan)
- 50 Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
1. Gather all ingredients.

2. Rinse pears and plums and coarsely chop. Add pear and plum to a blender and puree.
3.
3. Pour fruit pulp in a bowl, add marzipan and honey.
4.
4. Add cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and brandy.
5.
5. Knead mixture into a smooth dough.
6.
6. Roll dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
7.
7. Cut dough into 25 slices.
8.
8. Place a walnut half on each side of the sliced dough.
9.
9. Press walnut into dough and store in a cool place until ready to serve.
