100 grams dried Plum (pitted)
2 tsps Blossom honey
2 tsps Cocoa
1 generous pinch cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
2 Tbsps Plum brandy
100 grams Honey marzipan (alternatively normal marzipan)
50 Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

1. Gather all ingredients.

2. Rinse pears and plums and coarsely chop. Add pear and plum to a blender and puree.

3. Pour fruit pulp in a bowl, add marzipan and honey.

4. Add cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and brandy.

5. Knead mixture into a smooth dough.

6. Roll dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

7. Cut dough into 25 slices.

8. Place a walnut half on each side of the sliced dough.

9. Press walnut into dough and store in a cool place until ready to serve.
