50 grams Mayonnaise
50 milliliters Carrot juice
50 grams Mango chutney
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the celery, coarsely chop the leaves and cut the stalks into slices. Rinse the apples, quarter, core and cut into thin slices. Coarsely chop the cashews.

For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, carrot juice and chutney and season with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Toss the prepared salad ingredients with the dressing and season. Pour into a salad bowl.

3.

Rinse and trim the scallion and cut into thin rings. Sprinkle over the salad and serve.
