200 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Lettuce
2 small Tomatoes
1 small onion
500 grams Halloumi cheese
4 sesame seed Hamburger bun

Preparation steps

Warm up the grill.

Rinse and grate the cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and let rest about 10 minutes. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Peel the garlic and press into the yogurt. Squeeze the cucumber well and mix with the parsley. Mix everything together and season with salt.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and chop finely. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices.

Cut the halloumi into four equal slices and grill on both sides approximately 5 minutes each or until golden (or fry in a dry, non-stick pan).

Slice the burger buns in half and top with lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Place a slice of grilled halloumi on top and cover with some tzatziki. Top with burger bun and serve.
