250 grams Wild rice

400 grams Sausage
2 small Zucchini
2 Red Bell pepper
150 grams small button Mushroom
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook wild rice blend in salted water, according to package instructions.

Cut sausages into bite-sized pieces. Rinse, trim and slice summer squash. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wipe mushrooms clean. Thread all prepared ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers.

Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into the oil. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Brush skewers with garlic-oil. Place skewers on a hot grill, and cook, turning frequently and brushing with additional oil, about 10 minutes total.

4.

Stir butter into rice and season with salt and pepper. Serve rice topped with kebabs and sprinkled with parsley.
