- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 small button Mushroom
- Bell pepper (1/2 yellow and green)
- 1 onion
- 4 cocktail sausage
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes. Rinse and trim mushrooms. Cut the peppers into pieces. Peel onion and cut into wedges.

Thread vegetables and sausages alternately on skewers. Season skewers with salt and pepper. In a frying pan, cook skewers in oil on all sides, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with ketchup.
