- 1 small Eggplant
- 2 small Zucchini
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 600 grams Bologna sausage
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation steps

Preheat grill.

Rinse vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces.

Peel sausage and cut into thick slices.
4.
Alternate skewering sausage and vegetable pieces, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Grill, turning over and brushing occasionally with oil, for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
