- 400 milliliters unsweetened Coconut milk
- 150 grams freshly grated Shredded coconut
- 1 handful Ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup (to taste)
- 50 Coconut (for garnish)
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Squeeze the juice from 1 1/2 of the limes. Cut the remaining half into wedges. Combine the coconut milk, lime juice, freshly grated coconut and a handful of ice cubes in a blender and blend on the highest speed until smooth and creamy. Sweeten with agave syrup to taste and pour into chilled glasses. Slide a couple of lime wedges and pieces of coconut meat onto a skewer and place on top of the glass. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
