- ½ liter milk
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ Mango
- 1 Vanilla bean (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Slit the vanilla bean and scrape out the marrow. Heat together in the milk for 10 minutes but do not boil. Set aside and leave to rest.
2.
Remove the vanilla bean and bring the milk to a boil briefly. Mix in the honey and the mango pulp and purée in a blender.
Allow to cool and pour into glasses. Serve cold.
