8 thin slices turkey breasts (approximately 70 g)

ground paprika (sweet)
8 thin slices Bacon
1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme

2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey breast and pat dry.

Pound the turkey flat and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll each piece of turkey in bacon and secure with small wooden skewers.

Brown the meat rolls in the oil in an ovenproof skillet over high heat on all sides and place in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the plums, halve, and remove the pit. Slice into fine columns. Heat butter in a wide pan and then add the plum columns, sprinkle with sugar and braise for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

5.

Arrange plums with turkey rolls in bowl and serve.
