2 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsps butter
150 grams Chicken breast or turkey breasts
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 Pickled cucumbers
2 parsley
4 Cherry tomatoes
2 Lettuce
4 slices white Sandwich bread
2 slices cooked ham
2 tsps grainy Mustard
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 pkg Potato chip

Preparation steps

Heat butter in a pan and cook turkey or chicken breast until browned. Set aside and let cool. Season with salt and pepper. In the fat remaining in the pan, fry ham until crispy. Let cool. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Rinse lettuce leaves and shake dry. Peel eggs and cut into slices. Cut pickles lengthwise into slices. Pluck parsley leaves.

Cut turkey or chicken into strips. Toast bread and let cool. Spread two slices of bread with mayonnaise and layer with egg slices, lettuce, turkey or chicken breast, tomatoes, ham and pickle slices. Then spread remaining two slices of bread with mustard and place on top. Slice sandwiches diagonally with a sharp knife. Wrap in paper napkins or waxed paper and serve with potato chips.
