600 grams turkey breasts
2 garlic cloves
5 Tbsps olive oil
½ lemon (juice)
salt
freshly gound peppers
2 ripe Mangoes
1 shallot

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry turkey. Cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Peel and mince garlic. Mix with 3 tablespoons olive oil and a little lemon juice. Pour mixture over turkey, season with salt and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.

Peel, core and dice mangoes. Peel and chop shallot. Puree mango and shallots. Put turkey cubes on wooden skewers and sear in a pan with the remaining marinade. Serve immediately with mango sauce.
