For the salad dressing
200 grams Natural yogurt
3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, oregano, basil, chervil)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 splash lemon juice
For the sandwich
2 Baguette
2 Tbsps butter
300 grams Turkey ham (sliced)
½ Cucumber
8 Lettuce (such as oak leaf lettuce)
4 Tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad dressing, mix yogurt in a bowl with mayonnaise and herbs and season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice. For the sandwich, cut baguette in half horizontally and then in half crosswise and spread cut sides with butter. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Rinse tomatoes, pat dry, remove stem and cut into thin slices. Rinse lettuce, shake dry and place on the bottom half of baguette. Cover with cucumber, turkey ham slices and tomato slices, sprinkle with the salad dressing and cover with top half of baguette. Serve immediately.
