3 mixed Lettuce
2 slices cooked ham
1 tomato
2 button Mushroom
grated Emmentaler cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Cut baguette in half and spread with butter. On one half, place lettuce, ham and sliced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Brush mushrooms clean, cut into slices and sauté in butter. Spread mushrooms on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with baguette slice.
