1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as Parsley, notch, basil, thyme, mint)
1 garlic
200 grams cream cheese
100 grams Goat cheese
2 tablespoons Natural yogurt
salt
freshly ground peppers
lemon juice
8 slices Multigrain bread

Preparation steps

Rinse herbs, shake dry and finely chop leaves. Peel and press garlic through a garlic press into a bowl. Stir in herbs, both types of cheese and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon.

2.

Spread cheese onto half of the bread slices. Top each sandwich with a second slice of bread, cut in half and serve wrapped in napkins.
