2 slices Turkey ham
1 red Hungarian wax pepper
Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp Pine nuts (roasted)
½ Tomato
Arugula

Ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

Distribute 200 grams of cottage cheese (approximately 7 ounces) on 2 slices of bread and spread the rest on the third slice. Lay the ham on top.

Rinse and trim the Hungarian pepper, cut half into rings and the rest into small cubes. Distribute over the ham and shower with red pepper flakes and pine nuts.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices.

Place the tomato slices on one piece of bread and shower with arugula. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

For the remaining slices, rinse and de-core the apple and cut in columns. Lay over the cottage cheese, dust with cinnamon and serve drizzled with honey.
