- 21 ozs turkey breasts
- 2 Peaches
- 1 red Bell pepper
- Oil (for brushing)
- Sea salt
- Chili flakes
- Dip
- 1 Mango
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 Chili (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tsp honey
- light soy sauce
- Fish sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Wash, dry and dice the turkey breast.
2.
Wash and halve the peaches, remove the pits and dice the flesh.
3.
Wash, halve and core the bell pepper and cut into bite-size pieces.

Thread on wooden skewers, alternating turkey, peach and bell pepper and brush with oil. Grill on a hot grill, turning frequently for 6-8 minutes.

For the dip, peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit and chop finely.

Heat the oil and saute the chili and garlic. Add the mango and honey and deglaze with a little water. Add soy sauce and fish sauce to taste and remove from the heat.
7.
Put the turkey and peach skewers on plates, drizzle with a little of the dip and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes. Serve the dip separately in small bowls.
