- 8 cups Penne
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 Fennel bulb (quartered and thinly sliced with the green part set aside and the stalk removed)
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ⅜ cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 2 cups Tuna steak (diced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 kleiner Whisk, 1 Garlic press, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salt water until al dente.
2.
Fry the garlic, fennel and the fennel seeds in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Quench with the white wine and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes until al dente.
3.
Add the capers and the tuna and cook for 2 minutes with a lid on.
4.
Add the parsley, chopped fennel green and the pasta (plus a little of the water) and season with salt and ground black pepper before serving.
