- 28 ozs Tuna
- 4 Tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1 Celery (diced)
- 1 red pepper (finely diced)
- ½ green pepper (finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- 1 red chili pepper (seeded and finely diced)
- 1 paprika
- Sea salt
- ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the tomato, onion, celery, and peppers in a large salad bowl. Pour over the lemon juice and olive oil, season and sprinkle with the paprika. Mix together well and place in a cool place.
2.
Heat groundnut oil in a pan. Sear the tuna for 2 minutes on either side.
3.
Remove from pan and cut into thin slices. Season. Sprinkle with diced chilli. Arrange slices on plates and serve with the tomato tartare.
