1 Tbsp Caper
1 Tbsp Sour cream
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
2 sheets Endive
1 Tomato
salt (and pepper)
4 slices white bread

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the tuna well and break apart with a fork. Finely chop the capers and mix with the tuna, the sour cream and the lemon juice. Peel the garlic and crush into the mixture.

Rinse the endive leaves and shake dry. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

3.

Arrange the tomato slices on two pieces of bread. Distribute the tuna mixture on top followed by a layer of endive leaves. Season with salt and pepper and place the remaining bread slices on top. Serve the sandwiches cut in half diagonally.
