Nutritional values
With around 20 grams of protein per 100 grams, tuna is one of the stars of protein suppliers - for fitness fans, but also in a diet, tuna salad is the perfect choice.
Whether in oil or in its own juice - canned tuna is very popular. However, tuna is one of the fish threatened with extinction by overfishing. So you should enjoy it rather rarely and quite consciously.
