For a ligher version, swap the mayonnaise and cream cheese for greek yogurt. You'll keep all the creaminess and flavor and cut half the calories.

- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 cup canned Tuna (in juice)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 soft Bread roll (halved lengthways)
- 1 Tbsp chopped Chives
- sweet paprika

Preparation steps
1.
Put the shallot and tuna in a deep bowl. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice and purée briefly with a stick blender. Stir to form a creamy mixture and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Spread the mixture onto the base of the rolls. Cut in half and dip the cut ends into the chives or paprika. If desired, wrap and take as a snack or packed lunch.
