- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- 1 clove garlic cloves

- Tabasco sauce
- 1 generous pinch grated Lemon peel
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 12 slices Baguette
- 12 parsley (to garnish)
- 12 Caper (to garnish)
- 12 pcs lemons (to garnish)

1 großer Pot, 1 kleine Non-stick pan, 1 Plate, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps

Drain and roughly flake the tuna. Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Put the fish into a blender with the shallots, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, mayonnaise and crème fraiche and puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on toasted baguette slices and garnish each with a parsley leaf, a piece of lemon and a caper.
