1 can Tuna in oil (about 160 grams, approximately 6 ounces)
Arugula
12 black, pitted Olives
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemons in hot water, pat dry, and cut on the long sides to form a lid. Remove the seeds and chop half of the pulp. Remove the remaining pulp with a spoon. Drain the tuna.

2.

Chop the olives. Mix the olives and tuna with the lemon pulp, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the arugula into the hollowed lemons and fill with the tuna salad.
