- 200 grams Tuna (in water, canned)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 12 slices Ciabatta
- caperberry (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the tuna, shred finely and mix well with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Drain capers, finely chop, add to the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Toast ciabatta slices under a preheated oven broiler (watching carefully) until golden brown. Spread ciabatta slices with the tuna mixture and garnish each slice with a caperberry.
