100 grams Lettuce
1 Beefsteak tomato
1 Blood orange
1 scoop Mozzarella (about 125 grams)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith of orange. Cut orange crosswise into slices, reserving any resulting juice. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Arrange mozzarella, tomato and orange slices on 2 plates and top with lettuce. Whisk oil with vinegar, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
