Preparation steps

Halve passion fruit and remove seeds, spoon out pulp and chop finely. Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Squeeze lime juice. Combine passion fruit with chile pepper, lime juice, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and sugar. Rinse and chop tomatoes. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and chop finely.
