- 8 Oranges
- 2 Passion fruit
- 2 centimeters ginger
- 2 red onions
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 lemon (squeezed)
- 1 pinch chili peppers
- peppers (white)
- salt
- White vinegar (mild)
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the oranges with a sharp knife and cut the fruit fillets from the separation membranes, collect the juice and squeeze the remains. Peel the onions, cut into rings and put in boiling water, leave to soak for a few seconds, strain and drain well. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp.

Peel the ginger and grate finely, mix with the honey, squeeze the lemon juice and mix with the onions, the passion fruit pulp and the orange segments.
3.
Season with salt, peppers and white wine vinegar. Let stand for 30 min., mix in the oil just before serving and place on dish.
