2 Tbsps whole grain Dijon mustard
100 grams Bresaola (Thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, finely cut and spin dry. Peel onion and cut into thin slices.

2.

Remove crusts from sandwich bread. Laying each slice in a freezer bag and flatten with a rolling pin. Mix cream cheese with mustard and sprinkle over slices of bread. Top bread with lettuce, onion and meat.

3.

Diagonally cut sandwich, quickly toast in a toaster and serve.
