Preparation steps

Coarsely crumble the cheese and the walnuts. Add to the blender with the olive oil, chili peper, and 4 tablespoons of water. Blend until a thick paste is formed. Chill the spread until ready to serve. Garnish with the walnut halves and the parsley leaves.
