4 Salmon (each about 150 grams)
100 milliliters Teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp Lime juice
600 grams green Asparagus
salt
2 Tbsps soybean oil
soy sauce (for serving)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the salmon fillets, pat dry and place in a flat baking dish. Mix teriyaki sauce with lime juice and pour over the salmon. marinate 25-30 minutes.

Peel the bottom 2/3 of the asparagus and cook for 5-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, remove the salmon from the marinade and sear on both sides until golden brown in a hot grill pan coated with oil.

3.

Arrange asparagus on plates and lay a piece of salmon on top of each plate. Serve with a bowl of soy sauce.
