- 250 milliliters black Tea (freshly brewed)
- 100 milliliters Orange juice
- 50 milliliters lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps sugar (candy)
- cinnamon
- 2 Star anise
- 2 Lemon peel

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the citrus juices with the sugar candy and the spices. Don't allow the mixture to come to a boil.
2.
Mix in the hot tea, and stir until the sugar has dissolved completely. Strain the tea mixture, and pour into cups.
3.
Garnish the cups with lemon zest and 1 star anise, and serve.
