3 Tbsps Natural yogurt

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the shallot. Peel the eggs, then finely chop with the cucumber and capers. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise with the cucumbers, capers, eggs, and shallot. Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of the pickle liquid and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Peel the garlic, pass through a press, and add to the sauce. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. Transfer to a bowl, and serve in a bowl.
