250 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
1 chili pepper
400 grams Corn kernel (caneed)
4 scallions
250 grams Tuna (canned)
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
75 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps scallions
2 eggs
175 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Thaw puff pastry. Halve chile pepper and remove seeds and ribs, rinse and cut into fine strips. Drain corn. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Drain tuna and separate with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Heat oil in a frying pan, saute scallions and chile pepper for a few minutes. Remove from heat, add corn and tuna and season with salt and pepper.

Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, creme fraiche and chives together.

Roll out puff pastry in a rectangular shape and line tart pan with it, making sure that spme pastry is hanging over the edges. Spread tuna mixture on the pastry and pour egg mixture on top. Fold in dough at the edges and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve .
