For the sauce
150 grams fresh Tuna
40 grams pitted black Olives
2 Tbsps Caper
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
80 milliliters milk
1 tsp Pastry flour
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
salt
peppers
dried oregano
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

Rinse the tuna and pat dry. Heat butter in a pan and saute the tuna on both sides, then mash with a fork. Add the broth and milk to the tuna in the pan. Mix the flour and tomato paste together, stir into the pan and mix well. Add the olives and capers and simmer about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Cook the tagliatelle according to package directions until al dente and toss with the tuna sauce. Divide among preheated pasta bowls and if desired, garnish with fresh basil.
