4 T bone steaks (each 300 grams)
4 garlic cloves
1 sprig rosemary
1 Tbsp colorful peppercorns
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Remove beef from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before preparing. Peel garlic and cut as desired sliced or leave whole. Rinse rosemary, shake dry and pluck individual leaves from the stalk.

Lightly crush colorful pepper in a mortar. Rinse meat and pat dry. Heat oil in two large pans and fry steaks for approximately 1 minute on each side. Add garlic and rosemary to the pans and sauté together with the meat while turning for about 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Remove steaks from the pan, let rest briefly and then serve.
