Grilled T-bone Steak
- For the steak
- 2 T bone steaks (each about 500 grams)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 150 milliliters Tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
For the steak, rinse the meat with cold water and pat dry.
Puree the garlic cloves and oil, add the remaining ingredients, mix in the meat and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Drain the marinade, preheat a charcoal grill and grill steak until crispy, about 10–15 minutes.
Broil or grill the tomatoes. Coat the cooked corn on the cob with the herb butter.
Mix the ketchup with the Tabasco sauce and pour into small bowl.
Place the steaks on plates oand serve with corn and tomatoes, topped with ketchup.
