Grilled T-bone Steaks
Rinse steaks and pat dry. Mix oil with wine and lemon juice. Pour marinade over meat, cover and marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning once.
Remove steaks from the refrigerator 2 hours before grilling. Drain well. Place steaks on a hot grill and sear on both sides. Move steaks to a cooler part of the grill and cook about 15 minutes more.
Cover steaks and let rest about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, garnished with tomatoes if desired.
