Grilled T-bone Steaks
Clean the corn and cook in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Drain well and season lightly with salt.
Rinse the steaks and season with salt and pepper. Sear on a hot grill. Cook the meat until it reaches the desired internal temperature. Season heavily with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds, Brush with a little oil and roast on the grill. Roast the corn cobs on the grill as well. Serve the steaks with the corn on the cob and peppers; serve immediately.
