Preparation steps

1.

Rinse steaks and pat dry. To make marinade: Whisk oil with wine and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and pour over steaks. Cover and marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning once. Two hours before serving, remove steaks from refrigerator and drain well. Grill steaks over high heat, then move to a cooler spot and continue grilling, turning occasionally, 10-15 minutes more. Cover and let rest 5 minutes.

2.

Meanwhile, remove peel and pith from oranges with a sharp knife. Cut between membranes to remove whole segments. Mix ketchup and mayonnaise. To serve, cut steaks into thin strips. Garnish with orange slices, tomato-mayonnaise, green pepper and parsley.
