125 grams Arborio rice
1 tsp butter
50 milliliters dry white wine
500 milliliters milk
1 Cinnamon stick
1 pc Lemon peel
2 Tbsps sugar
4 maturity Figs
200 grams canned Sour cherry

Preparation steps

Heat oil in a sauce and saute rice until translucent. Add half of wine and cook, stirring, until all wine is absorbed. Repeat with the remaining wine. Add milk, cinnamon and lemon zest. Turn off heat, cover pan and let rice soak for about 20-25 minutes.

Stir occasionally. As soon as risotto is cooled, remove cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Rinse figs, pat dry and quarter. Layer risotto and figs in a dessert glass. Drizzle with cherry juice and garnish with sour cherries. Serve.
