- 3 tart Apple
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 40 grams Currants
- 2 Tbsps tender Oats
- 3 Tbsps sugar beet syrup
Preparation steps

Peel and halve the apples. Remove the cores and coarsely grate the halves. Melt the butter in a pan, and add the grated apple. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Mix in the currants and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Place the apple mixture in bowls, and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon and the rolled oats. Sweeten to taste with the corn syrup.

Serve with white bread, if you'd like.
