Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse, seed and chop the chile pepper. In a bowl, stir together the garlic, chile pepper, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt. Spread the wings on a wire rack over a roasting pan or baking sheet and brush with the spice mixture. Cook, occasionally brushing with the marinade and turning the chicken as it cooks, until cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
