Preparation steps

Peel the onion and chop finely. Mix with the egg, cream, breadcrumbs, parsley, cinnamon and cloves and season with salt and pepper. Set aside for about 10 minutes then mix in the meat and shape into small balls.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and cook the meatballs until golden brown, around 5-6 minutes.
