Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and pluck the leaves of the lettuce. Rinse the apple, quarter, cut out the core and cut into thin slices. Rinse the wild herbs and pluck off the flowers as needed.

2.

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, honey and oil and season with salt. Arrange the lettuce, apple slices, herbs and flowers on a plate serve drizzled with the dressing.
