4 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp ground Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Gently rinse the wild herbs, then drain thoroughly. Arrange the herbs on two plates.

Dissolve the sugar in the white wine vinegar. Drizzle the vinegar mixture over the herbs. Drizzle with the oil, then season with the salt.
