Preparation steps

1.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan and pour into a bowl. Peel lemon and cut into pieces. Dice the tomatoes. Rinse herbs and shake dry. Pluck thyme and parsley leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Mix the prepared ingredients with olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Rinse the fish and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Place each trout in a fish grill basket and fill with the stuffing.

3.

Fold grill basket lids over the fish and seal with the rings. Grill trout on preheated grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
